Our approach

In working with Bespoke Marketing, you will have direct access to key business marketing consultants as trusted advisers.

Our relationship can operate either on a consultancy basis where we come in and work on marketing and branding projects directly with you, feeding back (in which ever way you prefer) our thoughts and advice, and/or, you can view us as an outsourced marketing resource where we work together at an operational level. Some clients choose to do both.

Creative thinking

We believe that you will want to work with us because we take a fresh approach and our thinking is often challenging. Some clients ask us to take a more radical approach - not always so they can take this direction but it is useful to test the reality and appetite for the most challenging. Sometimes this means we can come up with real customer insights, in other instances, this is not all that is required.

Results focused

We want to make a really positive impact on your business and help you achieve your objectives. We never forget that you have a business to run with its own pressures; we will work with you to your timescale and be driven by the agreed deliverables. Our thinking and planning will always link to the vital elements of implementation and delivery.

Organisation wide

It is easy to look at a consultancy assignment within a tight sphere of operation, whilst we are not looking to extend our remit without permission, our broad business experience enables us to take an organisation-wide approach to the project, highlighting any wider implications of our recommendations.

Our objective is that you enjoy the experience of working with us, we will work to build a relationship built on trust and honesty and we will be open in dealing with you. Whilst we use some common tools and techniques, each project is totally tailored to meet your needs. Many clients are surprised at our willingness to share work in progress as the thinking develops - we do this for many reasons, one in particular is that we have found that the project then also becomes shared - increasing the chances of its sustainability.

We recognise that the business agenda is always changing and where possible our objective is to accommodate these changes within the scope of our work.

We value ethical behaviours, we do not believe in receiving any reward for putting clients in contact with any suppliers we recommend – our network of trusted and skilled suppliers is just part of what we offer.
